Ground floor
The ground floor entrance porch leads in to a good sized hallway, giving access to a comfortable lounge, dining room and kitchen.

3 piece suite, coffee table, free-view colour TV,/DVD and radio/CD player.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, washer, drier, toaster, kettle, coffee maker plus all the pots, pans, crockery, glasses and utensils you will need.
Dining Room
A separate dining room with plenty space for six.
There is a small wc washroom and utility room on the ground floor also.
Upper floor
Staircase leading up to the first floor, which has a spacious landing.
A double bedroom, twin bedroom and an additional bedroom with a single bed. All with bedside cabinets, table lamps and clothes storage units in fitted mirror wardrobes.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
Outside
The fully enclosed garden at the rear of the house is mature and secluded. there is a patio, with a table and chairs and a barbeque. At the front of house there is an open driveway with parking for 2 cars.
Additional information
The house is fully double glazed throughout and warmed by central heating.
All bed linen, towels, electricity, gas for the central heating and unlimited broadband access is included in the price.
A deposit of 25% of the full tariff will be required to confirm your booking with the balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A £50 refundable good housekeeping deposit will be required and will be refunded to you after your departure.
